The mat measures a generous 18.5" wide by 43.5" long, with a 1.75" thick foam pillow which measures 12" x 6" held in a pillowcase pocket .

The thick, comfortable polyester filling makes it very light and easy to carry, a velcro closure around the handles keeps the mat rolled up .

The inside is covered with a cotton lining. The outer cover is hard wearing nylon.

The mat is machine washable, just remove the pillow insert and machine wash on a cold, delicate cycle, hang to dry or dry flat. 

The Nap Mats have a fleece blanket which measures 29" x 28.5" attached to one edge of the mat.
